If you'd prefer to fill out the order form, the first thing you'll need to do is read the Terms & Conditions.  Then print out a copy of our Order Form, fill it in with the necessary information, fax or mail it to us, & your parts will be on their way!

 

 

TERMS AND CONDITIONS

  • Prices subject to change without notice depending on availability.

  • Orders over $600 are shipped FREE.

  • Add 12% shipping & handling for regular shipping.  Inquire on oversize & overweight items.  Minimum shipping charge is $9.00.  Alaska and Canada 25%.   U.S. Currency, U.S. Banks only.

  • $30.00 crating charge on large sheet metal, $40.00 on hoods, $20.00 on 1 piece windshields.  Inquire on shipping charges.

  • Core charge must be paid on items not exchanged.  When you send in your old core and we find it in rebuildable condition, we will refund the core charge.  Do not deduct core charge from price of part.

  • Prices each unless stated otherwise.

  • State if item is LH or RH, sitting behind the wheel.

  • Absolutely NO RETURNS on electrical items.

  • C.O.D. orders must meet UPS standards:  Cash or money orders only.  Any refusal of C.O.D. orders will put you on a prepaid basis only.

  • All returns must be authorized.  Call or write for a return authorization  number before making a return.  Absolutely NO RETURNS AFTER 60 DAYS, or without a copy of your invoice.  Do not return parts C.O.D., they will be refused.  All returns are subject to a restock fee of 25%.

  • Specify 1st or 2nd Series on 1949s and 1955s.

  • Special order items must be prepaid.

  • Overseas orders will be shipped by Air Express or UPS (No Parcel Post), No C.O.D.'s, Prepaid Only.

  • We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone.

  • We accept American Express, Discover, MasterCard, & Visa Cards, as well as Debit Cards.

DAMAGED MERCHANDISE

Before signing for a shipment, inspect the boxes for obvious damage (smashed boxes, holes, resealed tape or missing items).  Notify the carrier right away.  Keep all wrapping material & original boxes with damaged items.  DO NOT SHIP IT BACK TO US!  After inspection by the carrier, notify us so we can follow up with a damage claim.
